2023-2024 AAP Screening Timeline

There will be an informational meeting about Advanced Academic Programs for parents on Tuesday, September 19^th at 6:30PM in the school Cafeteria. Please plan to arrive through the cafeteria doors. Any parents of students in grades K-6 are invited to attend. This meeting with discuss the 4 levels of service for Advanced Academics as well as the process for screening and identification for these services. For any families new to FCPS who are interested in having their child (Grades 3-6 only) screened for full-time AAP services (Level IV AAP), referral forms are due to Amy Albanese and Katie Pickett by October 15, 2023. Forms can be found on the AAP website: https://www.fcps.edu/academics/academic-overview/advanced-academic-programs-aap/advanced-academic-program-aap-forms

For any parents/families interested in referring their child (Grades 2-6 only) for full-time AAP services (Level IV AAP) for the 2023-2024 school year, level IV referral forms are due to Amy Albanese and Katie Pickett by December 15, 2023
